AMS works closely with the client to develop an itemized event budget based on reasonable and acceptable quotes for goods and services required to produce the desired net benefit and attendee experience.  Budget to actual reports are provided monthly or on an as needed basis. AMS will obtain quotes, negotiate favorable terms for the client and advise client on alternative suppliers as required.

Budget management tasks include:

  • Creation of Price Sheets
  • Monitoring of Expenses
  • Budget to Actual Reporting
  • Renegotiation of Contracts (if necessary)​
